Ms Brennan’s Second class learned all about the Irish Sea this month. They used the iPads and the iMotion app to make under the sea stop motion animations. They created their backgrounds after exploring the art of Claude Monet, Dan Scott and Laura Browning. They mixed blue, white and black paint to show the depth of the ocean in their work and experimented with tinfoil, sponges and brushes to add texture. After learning about the sea life in the Irish Sea they created characters for their animations.
