We were delighted to have the opportunity to take part in a fantastic STEAM project facilitated by Our Kids Code. The project brought pupils, parents and siblings together in the school after hours for an exciting, hands-on introduction to coding and technology. The children had the opportunity to learn how coding works while creating and programming their own interactive wristbands, which could be designed to light up in different ways. It was wonderful to see the children so engaged as they explored, experimented and worked alongside their families. The project provided a fun and creative way for our pupils to develop problem-solving and coding skills, while also giving them a glimpse into the important role that science and technology play in our world today. We love hosting opportunities like this where parents and siblings can join in, learn alongside our pupils and be part of the wonderful learning experiences taking place in our school!
