Thank you to Lyndsey from the Irish Peatland Conservation Council for hosting Biodiversity Detectives workshops for 2nd Class. The children learned all about biodiversity, habitats, native trees, plants, flowers, and insects. They made swatches to help identify trees, and to their delight, Lyndsey brought lots of freshwater invertebrates for the children to identify and observe.
