On Wednesday, 21st October, our school took part in Inside Out Day to raise awareness of Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), a rare and painful genetic skin condition and to support the wonderful work of DEBRA Ireland. This is a charity that is very close to our school community.
Our pupils and staff got involved by wearing their clothes inside out for the day, helping to raise awareness of what life can be like for people living with EB. It was fantastic to see everyone getting behind such an important cause!
We are delighted to announce that, thanks to the incredible generosity of our school community, we raised over €800 for DEBRA Ireland!
A huge thank you to all our pupils, parents, guardians and staff for their enthusiasm, kindness and support. Your generosity will help DEBRA Ireland continue its vital work supporting individuals and families affected by EB.
We are so proud of our school community for coming together to make a difference!
