Ms. Dinsmore’s Junior Infants had a wonderful day on their recent visit to the local library. The children really enjoyed exploring the books, listening to stories and learning all about the library and how it works. It was a lovely outing and a great opportunity to encourage a love of reading.
To make the day even more special, Henry’s mam and dad very kindly surprised the whole class with free ice creams afterwards! The children were absolutely delighted by the unexpected treat and there were lots of happy smiles all around.
A huge thank you to Henry’s mam and dad for their kindness and generosity. It was such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated by all the children and staff at SON!
